No attack on Bishop Kukah’s residence, Sokoto Cathedral - Army

The Nigerian Army dismissed reports circulating on social media about an armed attack on the residence of Catholic Bishop Matthew Kukah and the Sokoto Catholic Cathedral. In a statement, the Army confirmed that no such incident occurred in the state and assured that the safety of the bishop and the cathedral is fully guaranteed. Bishop Kukah is currently carrying out his Easter engagements without any disruption.
