Nottingham attacks inquiry revealed 'miscarriage of justice', stab victim's mother says

The public inquiry into the Nottingham attacks, which killed three people on 13 June 2023, revealed a 'catastrophic collapse of responsibility' and an 'undoubted miscarriage of justice', according to Emma Webber, mother of victim Barnaby Webber.
