NPFL: Barau FC set to sign free agent Adekunle Samuel

Adekunle Samuel is on the verge of joining Nigeria Premier Football League side Barau FC. The defender has agreed personal terms with the Kano-based club after leaving Nasarawa United at the end of last season. Samuel helped the Solid Miners finish in the top half of the 2025-26 NPFL season. Barau FC, promoted two years ago, will feature in the NPFL for the consecutive season.
