NPFL: Kwara United begin off-season break after relegation survival

Kwara United FC have started their end-of-season break after the conclusion of the 2025–26 NPFL season. The club finished 16th, narrowly avoiding relegation on the final day. They also exited the 2026 President Federation Cup after a defeat to Sokoto United in the Round of 32. Chairman Kumbi Titiloye announced that screening of prospective players will begin next weekend, with pre-season activities to resume after the Annual General Meeting.
