Transfer: Josh Maja linked with Stoke City move

Stoke City are interested in signing Nigerian striker Josh Maja, who recently left West Bromwich Albion after failing to agree a new contract. Stoke manager Mark Robins is an admirer of the 27-year-old, who previously had a loan spell at Stoke in the 2021/22 season, scoring only one goal in 15 Championship appearances. Other Championship clubs Watford and Bristol City are also monitoring Maja, who has a market value of €4.5 million and scored 19 goals in 81 games for West Brom since joining in 2023.
