NTSA Explains KRA PIN Rule for Vehicle Registration Ahead of e-Logbook Rollout

The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) confirmed that the KRA PIN remains a mandatory requirement for vehicle registration under the new e-logbook system, set to launch on June 10, 2026. This digital system aims to eliminate vehicle transfer fraud and enhance transparency in the sector. Vehicle owners will now be able to list multiple individuals as co-owners, and transfer transactions will be initiated by sellers through the NTSA system.
