Ogun: Police arrest ‘Stone’, five others for theft, recover generators, firearms

Ogun State Police arrested six suspects during operations in Abeokuta, Wasimi and Ibafo. Among them, Mumuni Amodu alias 'Stone' is accused of receiving stolen generators, and Moruf Sodiq alias 'Okiki' is linked to a generator theft network. Officers recovered four Elepaq generators, one Sumec Fireman generator, nine Android phones, a locally made pistol, a pump-action rifle, and cartridges. Commissioner Bode Ojajuni commended the units for their professionalism.
