2027: ADC-PCC accuses Tinubu government of plot to weaken opposition

The African Democratic Congress Presidential Campaign Council (ADC-PCC) accused President Bola Tinubu’s administration of intimidating and suppressing opposition parties ahead of the 2027 general elections. It cited attacks on opposition figures in Kaduna, the alleged assault of Sokoto governorship candidate Munir Dan Iya, the reported demolition of its campaign office in Kebbi, and the denial of a campaign venue to Peter Obi in Enugu. It urged Nigerians to defend their political choices and constitutional rights.
