A US official revealed that Somali referee Omar Artan was denied entry to the United States for the World Cup due to his alleged association with suspected members of terror organizations. Artan was turned away at Miami International Airport on Saturday after an 11-hour interrogation about Somali politics and the al-Shabab militant group.
