Kinshasa: Women from DRC and other African countries unite around FIEF

From October 8 to 11, Kinshasa hosted the 12th edition of the International Forum of Female Elites (FIEF), bringing together women from 26 provinces of the DRC and 17 African countries. Prime Minister Judith Suminwa urged participants to turn the forum into opportunities for sharing, mentorship, and partnerships. Justine Nana, the promoter of FIEF, emphasized that this edition highlights women's leadership, digital inclusion, entrepreneurship, and rights, especially in the DRC, a country where women demonstrate strong leadership despite challenges. Topics discussed include peace processes, combating gender-based violence, and digital empowerment.
