Open Dialogue Forum: Putin considers the West's decline 'irreversible'

Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that the West is losing its dominant position in favor of Global South countries during a video message to the Open Dialogue Forum. He described a reconfiguration of the world order, asserting that the drivers of global growth are undergoing irreversible transformations. Putin also emphasized the importance of national sovereignty in this new order. This statement continues his criticism of Western unilateralism since 2007.
