Abuja property dispute: Parties urged to embrace dialogue, seek reconciliation - Daily Post Nigeria

The civic organization Africa Centre for Good Governance and Corruption Free Communities supports reconciliation efforts among parties involved in a property dispute in Abuja. Two flats located at No 1, Mekong Close, have been under litigation for five years. Convener Comrade Temitope Olubunmi Joseph urged for negotiation to avoid costly litigation. Justice Samira Bature recently vacated an arrest warrant against lawyer Victor Giwa, accused of illegal eviction.
