Kenge Crash: FARDC announces death of two generals and delegation members

Authorities in the Democratic Republic of Congo have launched an investigation following a plane crash in Kenge, in the southwest of the country, which resulted in 17 deaths, including two generals, 13 military personnel, 4 civilians including a child, and delegation members. The aircraft was returning from a mission in Kikwit, and the army confirmed the deaths of two generals and other delegation and crew members. The cause of the accident is still unknown, and an investigation team has been dispatched to determine the circumstances, with the black box yet to be recovered.
