Hospitality: Rodolphe Simo Kam places his 220 billion FCFA complex in Douala under the Kempinski brand

After several years of preparation, All Luxury Suites Group (ALS Group) is set to begin construction of the Kempinski Shekinah Palace in Bonanjo, Douala, with the groundbreaking ceremony scheduled for September 25, 2026. The project is valued at 220 billion FCFA, with 207.62 billion to be financed by investors, nearly half of which will come from debt. The Central African States Development Bank has already approved a loan of 30 billion FCFA for this project.
