Missiles: a secret cooperation between Russia and Iran dates back to a month after October 7, 2023

An arms contract between Russia and Iran was reportedly signed in November 2023, aimed at equipping Iran with a ramjet propulsion system for cruise missiles. The agreement, negotiated by Rosoboronexport and NPO Machinostroyenia, was preceded by visits from Russian officials to Iran. Although Iran has already tested ramjet prototypes, no supersonic missile resulting from this cooperation has yet been deployed in the field.
