Croatian court approves extradition in Nord Stream bombing case

A Croatian court has approved the extradition of a Ukrainian man wanted in Germany for his involvement in the 2022 undersea explosions that damaged the Nord Stream gas pipelines in the Baltic Sea. Vladimir Z., arrested in August in Pula, is identified as a trained diver accused of planting explosives near Bornholm. The ruling is not final and will be appealed, making the extradition uncertain. Another Ukrainian suspect, Serhii K, is scheduled to face trial in Hamburg in October.
