Paralyzed for days: the E-Sénégal platform is back online

The E-Sénégal platform, which experienced downtime shortly after its launch, is now back online. Mouhamadou Kabir Diop, Secretary General of Sénégal Numérique, explained that the unavailability was due to a major technical incident in the hosting infrastructure. This incident required a thorough technical intervention lasting four days. Diop thanked users for their patience and assured that ongoing efforts would be made to enhance the platform's robustness.
