Parcelles-Assainies: Nine suspected homosexuals arrested, seven HIV-positive, online prostitution ring dismantled

Between July 12 and 14, 2026, the Parcelles-Assainies police station dismantled an online prostitution ring, arresting nine suspected homosexuals, seven of whom are HIV-positive. The investigation began after a complaint of sexual harassment by B. Ndiaye against L. Cissé. The inquiry uncovered group sexual activities and risks of HIV transmission. Suspects include F. Gueye, who confessed to being a passive sexual partner, and two other men in Keur Massar.
