PDL-145 T: at least 97% of work completed in three years in Lukula

Approximately 97% of the work under the Local Development Program for 145 territories (PDL-145 T) in Lukula, Kongo Central province, has been completed in three years. The territory administrator, Damas Diakanua, highlighted the completion of school, health center, and administrative building constructions. The new infrastructures improve children's study conditions and facilitate access to health services and markets through the rehabilitation of National Road No. 12.
