PDP Unity: Let’s forgive each other — Lamido

Sule Lamido, a former Governor of Jigawa State and a prominent member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), called on party members to forgive each other and overcome internal divisions to strengthen the party ahead of future elections. He warned that ongoing infighting could weaken the PDP's relevance in Nigeria's political landscape and emphasized the need for unity and discipline in opposition politics, especially during times of economic hardship and insecurity. Lamido also expressed concern over the growing focus on political ambition at the expense of governance issues.
