Police arrest siblings, aunt for murdering family member in Ogun

Detectives from the Ogun State Police Command arrested three suspects, Jubril Karikari, 12, Salia Karikari, 15, and Maureen Okirie, 35, in connection with the murder of 38-year-old Stanley Okirie in Akute. The suspects, cousins and sister of the victim, allegedly struck Stanley with a wooden pestle during a family dispute. Maureen was caught attempting to bury the blood-drenched corpse in a shallow grave. The suspects are currently in police custody and will be transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department for further investigation and prosecution.
