Police arrest three suspects, recover firearms, drugs in Enugu

The Enugu State Police Command arrested three suspects linked to armed robbery, kidnapping and drug trafficking. Two suspects, Ogbonna Chinonso, 22, and Nnachi Cypril, 35, were captured at a drinking spot along the Enugu–Port Harcourt Expressway with a locally made revolver and ammunition. A third suspect, Izunna Ani, 36, was arrested in Trans-Ekulu, Enugu, with large quantities of suspected illicit drugs. Commissioner of Police, CP Mamman Bitrus Giwa, commended the operation and reaffirmed the Command's commitment to fighting crime.
