Political news: ADC ignores INEC and announces date for congresses

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has insisted on proceeding with its planned congresses and convention despite opposition from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). INEC Chairman Prof Joash Amupitan stated that Nafiu Bala Gombe's case regarding the leadership of the ADC is still pending in court.
