Why kidnappers are raiding schools; way out — NAPTAN boss

The Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the National Parent Teacher Association of Nigeria (NAPTAN), Chief Deolu Ogunbanjo, said kidnappers target schools due to their vulnerability and lack of protection. He called for fencing all schools, deploying armed guards, and establishing state police. He also emphasized reviving the Safe Schools Initiative, citing the Chibok and Dapchi abductions.
