President Federation Cup: Aluo charges NNL teams ahead Round of 16

Nigeria National League (NNL) chairman George Aluo urged NNL clubs to aim for quarter-final qualification in the 2026 President Federation Cup. Four NNL teams (Sokoto United, Adamawa United, Kada Warriors, and Basira FC) have advanced to the Round of 16. The matches are scheduled for Saturday, June 6, 2026, in Abuja. Aluo highlighted the strong record of second-tier teams in recent editions, noting that NNL side Abakaliki FC reached the final last year.
