Canonical possession of the new bishop of Wamba, Emmanuel Ngona

The new bishop of the diocese of Wamba, Mgr Emmanuel Ngona Ngotsi, officially took possession of his diocese on Sunday, April 26, during an Eucharistic celebration at the Saint-Rosaire parish stadium in Mambasa, Ituri. This ceremony marks the beginning of his pastoral authority and included his episcopal ordination conferred by Cardinal Fridolin Ambongo. Over a thousand faithful attended this solemn event.
