The Professional Training Development Fund (FDFP) successfully supported the integration of 32 young people into an agro-industrial company after 9 months of training. The program, conducted in partnership with the Industrial Chemical Company (Siprochim), combined theoretical training, practical exercises, and company immersion. The FDFP's financial support and pedagogical guidance were decisive. The closing ceremony took place on June 5, 2026 in Yopougon.
