PTDF shortlists 746 S-South applicants for overseas scholarship

The Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF) has shortlisted 746 candidates from the South-South for its 2026/2027 Overseas Postgraduate Scholarship Scheme. Interviews are taking place in Port Harcourt, with 5,885 to 6,193 candidates being interviewed from a total of 38,398 applicants. The fully funded program aims to support the development of the oil and gas industry in Nigeria.
