Public and private actors commit to facilitating youth access to innovative jobs

On July 15, 2026, in Kinshasa, state and non-state actors reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening youth employability in the DRC through vocational training, innovation, and entrepreneurship. World Youth Skills and Entrepreneurship Day was celebrated under the national theme 'Professionalize trades, build the future' and the slogan 'Train, Innovate, Integrate'. Minister of Vocational Training Marc Ekila emphasized skills as a driver of employability and economic growth, with support from Enabel and other partners.
