Putin tells Iran FM Moscow will do 'everything' to help secure Mideast peace

Russian President Vladimir Putin told Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi that Moscow would do everything it could to help secure peace in the Middle East during a meeting in Saint Petersburg. Araghchi blamed Washington for the failure of talks to end the fighting, while a ceasefire remains in place. Putin also praised the courage of the Iranian people in their fight for independence and sovereignty.
