Maiden Hybrid Pareto league of Arumeru mixes sports and environment conservation

A new soccer league, the Pareto League, has been launched at the foot of Mount Meru in Tanzania. Eight teams are participating, including Lesser Flamingos FC, named after the bird of the year and supported by Nature Tanzania for bird conservation. Matches are played at the Akeri Sports grounds in Tengeru. In the opening match, Pareto FC lost 1-2 to Lesser Flamingos, with a goal by Manase Juhudi.
