Transparency in dealings with planters: PALMCI inaugurates three weighbridges in Abengourou, Gagnoa, and Soubré

Between January and April 2026, PALMCI inaugurated three weighbridges with a capacity of 80 tons each in Abengourou, Gagnoa, and Soubré, bringing the total number of such equipment to 13 nationwide. These infrastructures aim to enhance transparency in commercial dealings with planters, ensuring that every ton of harvested palm bunches is accurately weighed and paid for. The latest weighbridge was inaugurated on April 23, 2026, in Cika, addressing a long-standing request from producers for modern tools to secure their transactions.
