National Laureate Committee extends entry deadline to Sept 15

The National Laureate Committee has extended the submission deadline for the 2026 National Laureate Programme to September 15, 2026, originally set for August 31. This extension was granted following appeals from tertiary institutions to finalize their internal selection processes. The program, backed by an annual research prize fund of ₦365 million, aims to reward exceptional research works from Nigerian tertiary institutions.
