The ECOWAS Investment Bank and the Guinean government signed three loan agreements totaling 269.5 million euros for projects in health, transport, and energy. A regional hospital in Siguiri will be built for 65.8 million euros, while the Cissela-Banko-N'Dèma and Banko-Saraya road will be paved for 143.05 million euros. The Tinkisso 2 hydroelectric project will receive 60.6 million euros, impacting over 1.7 million people for specialized care and 350,000 for energy.
