Israel announces it has killed over 220 Hezbollah fighters in a week

The Israeli army announced it has killed over 220 Hezbollah fighters in southern Lebanon over the past week while striking more than 440 targets linked to the group. These operations occurred despite a ceasefire that has been in effect since April 17. Israeli strikes also resulted in 37 injuries, including medical staff and children.
