The Rabat court has once again delayed hearings for 18 Senegalese supporters convicted after violent incidents during the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) final. Defense lawyers requested to summon CAF president Patrice Motsepe and to review video evidence, but these motions were rejected by the court. The supporters were sentenced to prison terms ranging from three months to one year for charges including rioting and violence against security forces.
