DRC: controversy over the temporary reception of migrants from the USA

The Congolese government announced it will receive third-country nationals expelled from the United States starting in April, with logistical support from the U.S. government. However, a segment of civil society opposes this agreement, calling for it not to be implemented. Government spokesperson Patrick Muyaya stated that no financial burden will be borne by the DRC's public treasury.
