Refusal of military bases: Trump has not yet decided against his allies

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated that President Donald Trump has not yet made a decision regarding NATO allies' refusal to allow U.S. military access to their bases for operations against Iran. Spain has explicitly denied access to its bases, while France has refused overflight for military aircraft. Conversely, Greece has permitted the use of its military facilities to support U.S. operations. The issue of maintaining U.S. bases in Europe may be renegotiated at the upcoming NATO summit in The Hague.
