Digital Regulation: ARTCI and Operators Strengthen Compliance Framework in Côte d'Ivoire

The Telecommunications/TIC Regulatory Authority (ARTCI) held its annual seminar in Yamoussoukro from April 15 to 17, 2026, gathering over fifty participants, including representatives from the Ministry of Digital Transition.
