Rizwana Peerbhoy: The woman challenging Kenyans to donate their cornea

Rizwana Peerbhoy, the General Manager of Lions SightFirst Eye Hospital, is committed to restoring sight in Kenya, where at least 3,000 people are waiting for a cornea. She advocates for the establishment of a local cornea bank, as cornea donation is not yet common in the country. Recently, a nun became the first local African cornea donor, marking a turning point in this initiative.
