Rufisque: Niang Diop turns himself in to police and confesses to the murder of Gambian M. Dramé

A violent altercation in Rufisque on the night of April 9-10, 2026, resulted in the death of 24-year-old M. Dramé, who was stabbed during a fight. Despite being rushed to Youssou Mbargane Diop Hospital, he succumbed to his injuries. Niang Diop, identified as the main suspect, turned himself in to the police and claimed he acted in self-defense after being threatened by the victim's relatives.
