Rumors about migrants in the DRC: Government calls for calm

Minister of Communication and Media, Patrick Muyaya, urged the public to remain calm regarding rumors about the presence of migrants in the Democratic Republic of Congo. He clarified that these migrants are legally residing in the country and that their return is being organized with their home countries. The government also warned against misinformation and encouraged citizens not to share alarmist messages that could create fear or xenophobia.
