Ruto Appoints 34 to Selection Panels to Fill Vacancies in IPOA, IGRTC, TSC and PSC

President William Ruto appointed 34 individuals to selection panels to facilitate recruitment for vacancies in four key public institutions. A six-member panel was constituted for the chairperson position of the Independent Policing Oversight Authority (IPOA) following Issack Hassan's appointment as a Court of Appeal judge. Additionally, a twelve-member panel was formed for the Intergovernmental Relations Technical Committee (IGRTC) due to the expiration of seven members' terms in June 2026.
