The US Central Command (CENTCOM) denied on July 12 any loss of life after unconfirmed reports of three soldiers killed in Kuwait. The rumor was spread by media outlets close to Tehran, including RT Arabic and Al Saa, citing the Mehr agency. CENTCOM stated on X that no deaths or injuries were reported among its personnel. This incident is part of the resumption of hostilities between the US and Iran in early July, after a relative lull since June.
