Benin: 1,500 agents to be recruited to strengthen municipal police in the North

The Beninese government is recruiting 1,500 special municipal police agents to enhance security in ten municipalities across the Alibori, Atacora, and Borgou departments. Applications are open from April 10 to 20, 2026, targeting local residents aged 18 to 45.
