Abacha Family Joint Venture Dispute: Fundamental breaches supported by evidence – 18 Units partitioned into 44

Court documents and recent proceedings indicate that the property at 68 Molade Okoya Thomas Street, Victoria Island, Lagos, is owned by Dr (Mrs) Maryam Sani Abacha, who entrusted it to Levitikal Realties & Construction Limited solely for developing 18 apartments, not transferring ownership. Levitikal attempted to convert this agreement into unrestricted control by partitioning the property into over 44 units, raising legal questions about authority and ownership. The EFCC is investigating the sale of these units to third parties and Levitikal's attempt to take over via Power of Attorney. The dispute is before the Lagos High Court.
