Algeria fire: Eleven people die at foster care home

A fire at a foster care home in Algiers, Algeria, has killed 11 people and injured 19 others. Firefighters were still battling the blaze at 06:50 local time on Thursday. Five people with special needs were rescued and moved to a safe location.
