'African thing by Obidient Movement caused my throat surgery' - Bwala

Daniel Bwala, President Bola Tinubu’s Special Adviser on Policy Communication, stated that the Obidient Movement might be responsible for his throat surgery, which occurred eight days after his interview with Al-Jazeera journalist Mehdi Hasan. He accused members of the movement of placing political allegiance above national interests. Bwala also criticized Hasan's journalistic style, labeling it as 'opposition-style journalism'.
