Cameroon: Cabral Libii fears chaos over Paul Biya's succession (Video) - Lebledparle

In a social media video, Cabral Libii, the deputy of Nyong-et-Kellé, warns about tensions within the Cameroonian power circles, fearing that political rivalries could threaten national stability. He criticizes the involvement of foreign actors in internal disputes, particularly regarding a television channel, where officials reportedly sought help from foreign companies. He also notes that the vice-presidency, introduced by the April 2026 constitutional revision, remains a divisive issue among politicians. Libii had previously called in September for the appointment of a vice-president to ensure institutional continuity in case of power vacancy.
