SABC: SEMC splits its shares and reduces the nominal value to 625 FCFA, with no effect on capital

The Société des eaux minérales du Cameroun (SEMC), a subsidiary of the Société anonyme des boissons du Cameroun (SABC), will split its shares to increase their number in circulation while keeping its share capital at 1.924 billion FCFA. The nominal value of the share will be reduced from 10,000 FCFA to 625 FCFA, allowing each shareholder to convert one old share into 16 new ones. The total number of shares in circulation will thus increase from 192,473 to 3,079,568 shares.
